Collecting Personal Information
As a games company, there may be situations where we will need to keep certain information about you. These can be, but are not limited to, your name, email address, high scores and unique identifiers for gaming portals such as Apple Game Centre, PlayStation Network or Steam.
Using Personal Information
We will only ever use your information in relation to the products you have purchased and registered with. We will never sell or disclose your information to a third party for any reason and we will not use your information to push new products to you except where products have specifically been identified as containing advertisements.
Some of your information, such as gamer IDs and high scores, will naturally be available for other gamers to see in leader boards or by other similar mechanisms.
Disclosing Personal Information
In certain situations, legal entities may require us to divulge personal information to them. Should this situation occur, all parties will be notified to maintain openness and transparency.
Retaining Information
At any point, you may request a copy of any information we have about you. You may also request that we remove any information we have about you. As both situations require a verification of identity there may be a charge involved.
We do, however, reserve the right to waive repeated or frivolous requests.
